Biggest take away so far is platform risk is very real and diversification at the expense of gains is the only way you're going to survive long term.

What does this mean in practice
- Multiple categories
- Multiple brands
- Multiple asins
- Walmart
- Ebay
- Own website
- Retail storefront
- RA/OA/WS/Brand direct as wide as possible
- Little to no debt

Goal should now be survival in a worst case scenario
