@HydroTechProd this is the third time I am posting this and hopefully will be the first time it is not taken down without response. The hose that I bought is defective and I would like to have it replaced. How do I go about doing that?

@HydroTechProd my 200 foot hose stopped working after a couple of months. Guess I should’ve turned in for the 10 year warranty, but hoping that you will still stand behind your product and replace where the inner-tube released from the male end.

@HydroTechProd about a 200 foot 58 inch diameter hose from Walmart not but a couple of months ago and the interior tubing just turned loose inside the hose in a way. I have no idea how to fix. Is that covered by the warranty?

@WindstreamPromo overcharged me- I cut service in May - sent emails to the email address given to me by the representative on the phone Monday and nothing in response - Is Windstream going to overdraft me beyond the days I actually received service and not credit the difference?
