@FinMinIndia@cbic_india@nsitharaman@nacincbic Today we had the CBLR exam for F-Card which was set 2 fail all applicants. We'r asked to classify 3 HS code at 8 digits without referring to CT 1975. Not asked much questions from CA 1962 but focused more on allied acts. Plz help.
Examiners in the question paper, wanted to know appropriate tariff heading of random items, as per WCO there are approximately 5300 HSN at the 6 digits level, however at 8 digit item level it must be more,it is not practicable to remember all 8 digit HSN.
