The more I look at it, the more it gives off a retro-vintage vibe. And for me, its clearly connected to GOATED.

Remember when SB19 posted those behind the scenes photos at 7pm kahapon while nasa PG Con tayo, with the caption~

I dont think that line was just there. It was an invitation.

To slow down. To observe.
To notice the details before jumping to conclusions.

As A’TIN, alam naman natin na SB19 rarely does things without intention. Kaya bago natin sabihing “hindi ko gusto ang styling nila”

baka worth asking muna…….

Ano kaya ang gusto nilang ipakita?
Ano kaya ang hindi pa natin nakikita?

Minsan kasi, yung unang tingin natin isnt the whole story.

Tapos bigla ko lang din naalala si Stell. Pinansin niya mismo yung suot nila kagabi, then nabanggit niya na parang first time ulit nilang magsuot ng green (non-verbatim 😭), tapos nagtawanan na tayong lahat after that.

At the time, parang random lang.

And heres the part that really made me stop.

Bakit kaya Hideaway napili nila out of all the songs?
Hideaway literally means to conceal yourself or something in a secret place to avoid being found.

Parang theyre saying the story doesnt just begin when the MV drops.
Its already hidden in the details.

Another thing I noticed ay yung mga props. Individually, theyre just ordinary objects. But together, they create something that feels almost…..out of place.

Knowing SB19, its more like visual clues than decorations.

Then my brain went……

Hmmmmm. 🤔 Bruno Mars?????

I cant fully explain it yet, but theres something about the retro aesthetic, the confidence, and the playful weirdness of the visuals that reminds me of Bruno’s creative style. 👀 Collab? Maybe. 🫣

If thats the direction theyre taking, I dont think were getting another fantasy concept like DAM, nor do I think its straightforward comedy.

My current guess?

Retro inspired absurdist or surreal satire.

The kind of concept that uses ordinary objects, unexpected visuals, and subtle humor to comment on something much bigger.

If VISA explored our obsession with validation…

Maybe GOATED explores people’s obsession with labels.

Whether my theory is right or completely off, its fun seeing how one teaser can spark so many different ideas.

Now let our wild imagination do the work. 🤣🤘🏻
