@JioCare I had booked jio fiber net connection. Someone from Jio named Shashank Gowda came to my place and he took the advance payment of Rs 1000. After some time he came back and told me that by mistake he took the payment for jio air fiber instead of fibernet and assured (1/2)

(2/2) me that I will get refund within 24 hours for jio air fiber. But haven’t got any refund yet. Nor anybody is coming to install to jio fiber. So can you please refund my money asap because if this is the kind of customer service then I don’t want jio fibernet connection.
