Hello,
The book was delivered today and it came out from the package in a permanently disshaped condition and damaged too. It is of no use to me.

The outer carton box was fine, but the book was disshaped due to to a crushed roll of packing paper and a tightly tied Gift bag(which I had paid for to allow protection of the book). This means that the book was disshaped because handlers at the Amazon end didn't care to pack it properly.

I can't ship the book back to Amazon because I live in a very small town in India where there are no international carriers. How then do the books come to me? I'll answer. Aramex ships the parcels from the US to New Delhi, India, from where local carriers ship it to my town, but they don't ship from my place to the US.

Please reply to my e-mail with your views so that I can send the damaged and unusable book's pictures as a reply.
I am highly disappointed and hurt. If https://t.co/aBnrLw1pjZ fails me, where do I go to next? It's a total waste of my hard earned money, paying for the book+ shipping charges+ import duties+ gift wrap, making it cost more than double than a person in the USA.

@Aramex One of my parcels from Amazon was out for delivery & then there was an abrupt notification that delivery attempted but failed because CUSTOMER WAS NOT AVAILABLE, while I was at the delivery address all the while. This is the third time they have done so.
