We both have ptsd now from that incident and everytime we see dogs on walks without a leash, I instantly panic. It’s so unsafe and also against the law when out in public so just be better and put them on a damn leash. Rant over.

People! You need to keep your dogs on a leash when walking out in public. Idc how well trained you think your dog is, they are still animals and unpredictable. My dog was brutally attacked by an off leash dog and I had to put myself in the middle to save him
