@IRCTCofficial It’s absolutely illogical and unjust that a Waitlist ticket would be updated only when a chart is ready. Are we expected to wait until the last moment to figure out the travels? This is insane and unacceptable. Earlier it was updated each day before the travel date

@VodafoneIdeaIN Tried calling the call centre for my billing issue and it was like a chaotic marketplace, barely audible what the customer service guy said. Do you even know how terrible it is to make a conversation in this chaos and for the staff to even function sanely?
