Another School Council meeting held today where we discussed our next fundraising event and celebrated that we raised a fantastic £289 for our Break the rules day before the Christmas holidays! Thank you so much to everyone who contributed.
A fun morning of assemblies on our second day back. This morning we have Severn Trent Water in school talking about the journey of water. Followed by some workshops in Year 4.

Another successful School Council meeting today! We spent our time acknowledging that it is UK Parliament week and learnt lots of facts about our Parliament and Government. We discussed Fundamental British Values and then began planning our next event 'break the rules day'.
Wow! Our amazing children, families and staff have raised a total of £879 for @BBCCiN! This is a truly amazing amount of money and will help lots of deserving children and families in need. Thank you to everyone who purchased, donated and joined in with the fun!

Our year 3 children completed their #25for2025 as part of our @BBCCiN activities yesterday!
They completed 5 lots of 5 circuit exercises in their PE lesson, as you can see they had lots of fun doing this and worked really hard! Special mention to Luke and Cole for setting it up!
An exciting, but tricky morning for our School Council children who had to decide the winners of our logo competition! Wow we are so lucky to have so many creative students! Winners will be announced during Friday's celebration assembly.
Here we go! The first batch of purchased @BBCCiN merchandise has been delivered to children by our School Council! Lots of excited faces receiving their chosen goodies! Another batch will be delivered tomorrow. Also thank you for all your generous donations so far!
Today our School Council children had a very exciting meeting. We met and asked questions to Melton Town Mayor Siggy Atherton. The children had some fantastic questions which they had thought of independently. Look for our School Council newsletter for more information.
