@heartywav @strawberirexi2 Mmm depends, I have a digestive/gastrointestinal issues so a lot of things usually “junk food” don’t digest right n I get constipated and my metabolism slows. Lots of ppl have food intolerance to fast food, fried greasy food is high in fat and slow to digest in general

@swirlixcals Sounds so good! For me having Cauliflower rice in times like that it makes me very bloated and my stomach uncomfortable. But I do tend to eat a whole bag of it which is like 2.5-3 cups maybe that’s just too much 🤷‍♀️
