@Mr_Rablin a student today in a low voice said, “Yes! I have straight A now.” His little moment of joy helped me make it through the day. He also had caught an error on the quiz I graded. I apologized and he said no worries. I know it’s been a rough time for teachers.

I'm happy that we're interested in telling a fuller story of American history by teaching about events like the Tulsa Race Massacre—but please remember to also teach students that Black ppl in Tulsa were targeted BECAUSE of their economic & personal agency in defending themselves
