So my county sales tax got raised & that % would go to the homeless association & the next day LA County announces they’re defunding that… so where’s the money going & who voted for this raise in taxes for a program already missing millions 🤨

Started the process 13 months ago, finally got the COC to start building my house.

LA County’s process is horrible, I don’t want to even know how long it’ll take for those who lost their homes in the fires to get their COCs to rebuild. The process needs to drastically change.
