@Paudie48264254 @Ibrox_FC @ScotlandSky Not clear…. Don’t look at his forearm. It’s from his biceps area which is very close to call. But VAR did not look at that and instead looked at the incident… so it’s a foul/penalty but VAR didnt think the incident was a foul…. That’s the strange part.
