the 2A wasn't written to only apply to what was considered modern technology by 18th century standards, and the supreme court already addressed this multiple times with District of Columbia v. Heller (2008) & United States v. Rahimi (2024).

but by his logic, in additional to muskets, people technically should have the right to cannons and warships. and by using his own logic again, the 1A freedom of speech only applies to pre-radio, television, internet technology. i guess he'd be pretty consistent on gladly violating that right though.
