@FirstCymru_ the number 16 that services Mount Pleasant around 6:50am has not arrived the past two days- on the app I can see it has gone down via Carmarthen Road. Is this a permanent change?

How am I supposed to claim the refund- when the lists are not below ? I’ve been able to claim refunds in the past- this time it is not showing the purchases

Both buses back up to Mount Pleasant have seen more than 20 people standing. That is very dangerous-
I know this is a council funded issue but the service is in dire need of a proper shake up.

@FirstCymru @Ibanez_shreds I get the number 16 in the morning too- I now have to walk in to town in the dark/ rain to get to work on time. Surely leaving Townhill/mayhill and Mount pleasant without transport is wrong. Don’t even talk about getting home- both days waited over an hour to get a bus (1-2 )

@FirstCymru Thank you, it’s just this service seems to be one that comes from the garage to start a bus service (no 6)
It’s a shame if this does get cut because it’s vital for many to get to work on time
I understand the reasons behind this but the services are at breaking point already.

@FirstCymru It is the 16 that goes to Swansea. It serves Gors ave/Mayhill, and then Mount Pleasant. It does not start in Pontarddulais- it starts in Cockett. I can’t see details for this service - that’s why i am asking.

@FirstCymru I catch the 16 just before 7am which goes through Mount Pleasant. Is this still running? It is the only bus that allows me to get to work in time. TIA
