Supreme Court में एक याचिकाकर्ता पहुंचा, जो जजों को ही FIR दायर करने के लिए ऑर्डर देने लगा. शख़्स यहीं नहीं रुका, उसने हवा में कागज़ उड़ाए और CJI को गालियां दीं.

हालांकि, बेंच ने उनके खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की और याचिका खारिज कर दी.

बेंच ने अपने आदेश में कहा, 'प्रबल प्रताप जो ख़ुद याचिकाकर्ता के तौर पर पेश हुए थे, उन्होंने केस पेश करने के बजाय बेतुकी और असंसदीय बातें कहीं. हालांकि, बताए गए याचिकाकर्ता की हालत को देखते हुए, हम उनके खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई करने का इरादा नहीं रखते हैं.'
