I made a payment using your app with @HDFC_Bank credit card of @RuPay_npci and supposed to get refund of ₹100 but the transaction got failed. I also raised the issue on BHIM app but there is no update or acknowledgment for the same issue.

I m Swapnil Pal had book the flight for 28 March, 2020 but due to outbreak of covid-19 the flight got cancelled and it is showing 'Refund Amount' and not as 'Credit shell balance'.
