After 5 days of delays, endless false promises, multiple escalations, and a delivery executive openly refusing to deliver my order, this is how #Flipkart chose to resolve the issue: they simply cancelled the order.

No callback. No explanation. No accountability. No resolution.

So, a #Flipkart delivery guy can blatantly refuse to do his job, customer support can keep lying day after day, complaints can be closed without action, and in the end the company simply surrenders and cancels the customer’s order. Incredible.

Instead of taking action against an irresponsible delivery executive, #Flipkart chose to punish the customer. This is not incompetence anymore, this is complete system failure.

Absolutely shameful, #Flipkart.

CRM complaint filed with evidence — auto-closed without enquiry.

After filing the complaint, the BPM allegedly attacked and threatened a citizen inside the post office using local goons. Police had to be called.

Is this public service — or criminal protection?
This is systemic rot, not an isolated incident.

It’s been 15 days without internet and @reliancejio has taken customer negligence to a whole new level.
After countless complaints, an engineer finally showed up — only to do absolutely NOTHING, made excuses, and ran away. Since then, he’s not picking up calls, and support from @JioCare is back to their copy-paste replies: “We’re working on it, sir. Please wait 24 hours.”

How many 24 hours do you need to fix a basic issue? What kind of shameless, unprofessional service is this?

This isn’t just poor service anymore — this is wilful negligence, harassment, and pure loot in the name of connectivity. You charge full price for half-baked service, make fake promises, and disappear when it’s time to deliver.

@TRAI @DoT_India please intervene — this is not a one-off issue, this is happening to thousands. Jio has become a textbook example of everything wrong with telecom in India.

Fix it or shut it down.
We’re tired of being taken for granted.
