@_imrajib_ This is not an isolated incident. I have faced the same issue many times — registered articles delayed or undelivered, complaints closed without action, and no accountability.

This is clearly systemic, and it needs independent enquiry and reform — not denial.

After filing the complaint, the BPM allegedly attacked and threatened a citizen inside the post office using local goons. Police had to be called.

Is this public service — or criminal protection?
