CRM complaint filed with evidence — auto-closed without enquiry.

After filing the complaint, the BPM allegedly attacked and threatened a citizen inside the post office using local goons. Police had to be called.

Is this public service — or criminal protection?
This is systemic rot, not an isolated incident.

Even after 112 PCR visits & FIR, police no action. Victim informed Insp, SP, DIG & CM. At PO, BPM allegedly assaulted & threatened citizen w/ local goons for questioning duty irregularities. L&O completely failed.
