@AskNationwide I have (I think ) opened an ac with you, sent all info back 19th Jan not had card but have ac Info that doesn’t let me register for online banking to contact you and I can’t get through as new customer as have an account ! When will I receive information .

@nsandihelp getting very worried and concerned I need to get money out of a direct isa I opened last week and it’s saying I can’t withdraw !! Help I will cancel if I have to .

@nsandihelp It’s shows the full balance is there but says 0 on the amount I can withdraw , this is the same with my premium bond account , both of which I opened because I can access money if I need to ! But neither are allowing me to withdraw .
