The program is developed and led by local community members.

→ Language, cooking, and gardening
→ Team sports and traditional games like toka
→ Wellness habits through a culturally rooted fitness program

When I walk this land, I remember who I come from. I drink my coffee while looking at the same mountains where my grandfather grew up and raised me.

What I love about spending time on the reservation is that I often feel the presence of my ancestors.

Their wisdom is carried in every action we take.

This is environmental stewardship the O’odham way.
