Current state is out of 8 towers only 2 tower super structure is rest are under construction.

Amrapali Leisure Valley Adarsh Awas Yojna के फ्लैट खरीदारों ने आज NBCC India के खिलाफ Greater Noida West के Techzone-IV में शांतिपूर्ण लेकिन सशक्त प्रदर्शन किया।
लगभग एक दशक से घर का इंतजार कर रहे लोगों ने आरोप लगाया कि NBCC ने 2000 फ्लैट्स वाली इस योजना से जुड़े सभी वादे तोड़े हैं।
मार्च 2025 तक डिलीवरी का वादा था, लेकिन अब तक एक भी फ्लैट नहीं मिला।
अगस्त 2024 के बाद से निर्माण में कोई खास प्रगति नहीं हुई है।
