What does the โeffectiveโ mean if gas agencies are to charge differential prices or cancel the existing booking and ask us to book again?

@Paytmcare Your app fails transactions after biometric authentication. It accepts Face ID and moves the transaction to Pending in Priority mode, but then it fails. However, the transaction worked fine when I disabled the biometric authentication and used the PIN instead.
@Paytm@Paytmcare The transactions have been failing randomly for the past few days. Iโm not sure what the issue is, but the same payments worked from another payment app.
@cneuralnetwork One of the reasons I have stopped ordering from them is the packaging charges which they say that they donโt have any control but how can a restaurant charge for an already packed product? Like what extra packaging are they going to do?
