@zomatocare When I shared a screenshot of the order ID, I was still asked to share the order ID in writing on the body of the mail. Was the screenshot not sufficient to inquire?
I really doubt whether it was some bot response or a human interaction. Does zomato care run by a bot?

Order ID 7771738022. Got burnt smell in food and when highlighted, they say we can't help. When u can't help don't say care. Response shared here. @zomato sucks
