"If you’ve never cried after giving everything you had to something that mattered, you’ve probably never given everything you had to something that mattered."
The best of the best in all of West Virginia High School Sports.
Thank you @joebrowvm & @gcarey938 for what you do for all high school athletes in the Mountain State!

Say what you want about Morgantown, but year in and year out they set the bar for AAAA basketball in WV. If you want to win a championship, you've got to go through the Mohigans
A great evening as Dennis Kerns was honored for his 50 years of coaching @MohiganHoops. Multiple state championships, player honors, and most importantly young lives influenced forever! Thank you Coach! @MohiganAthletic@Coach_Tallman@ONEMHS
Hearing this news breaks my heart.
Ishmael Smith played the game with a joy and passion that would make any basketball lover smile.
My interactions with him off the court reflected that spirit too.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family, with the team, and WVSU today.
WNBA players need to realize:
- The only reason the WNBA is relevant is because of Caitlin Clark
- There’s a difference between competitiveness and unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Jealousy of Caitlin Clark will continue to force fans to dislike them and tune out.
- If Caitlin Clark wasn’t in the league, millions of sports fans like myself wouldn’t be interested in watching the games.
- Clark is the hand that is feeding them. They’re making more money and able to fly charter because of her.
WNBA players, you don’t have to like Caitlin Clark but you have to respect the opportunities she’s introduced for individual players and the league as a whole. Be grateful.
