Shocked by the service from @AmazonIN. I ordered a Seiko watch (Order: 404-7611855-0334743) worth ₹31,955. I received a sealed, OTP-verified box, but upon opening, it contained ONLY an old watch manual. The watch was missing. This is unacceptable. @AmazonHelp

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp After I filed a complaint, @AmazonIN's 'investigation' concluded by denying my refund and placing the blame on me. This is for a high-value prepaid order where the goods were never delivered. I have video and photographic evidence of the package contents.
