As someone from North India living in Kerala, I can genuinely say this. I have never been treated like an outsider here. Malayalis have welcomed me warmly, respected my background and treated me like their own.

Kerala has its flaws like every place, but reducing an entire community to one viral video is unfair. People here are individuals first, and religion should not be used to judge everyone.

I am even learning Malayalam because I genuinely love the culture and people here.
