Yikes coach. Maybe the young person was working, playing a sport, spending time with family? If he was on your time, and answered his phone how would that turnout for you? Maybe the egotistical nonsense should be reflected on. I see it was scheduled. Albeit an important call, things happen. Don’t go straight to X when you could’ve went straight to a text and reminded them of their appointment. Still dealing with young people who have a million things on their plate at this time in their lives.
