Traveling with @Olacabs has become pathetic thing these days, I had only heard stories till I encountered one. I had reported a case more than a week ago and still haven't got any valid response. I request all to move to @Uber and boycott @ola@Olacabs@Ola_Delhi. Uber is better!
@Olacabs what kind of service do you provide. I had an interaction with your customer care executive two times for my issue related to cab driver and both the times I was ensured that I would get a response from your end. It's been a week and I am still waiting. Pathetic service!

@AxisBank I have to call your customer care executive to get that fixed and if I ask the reason he doesn't have a word to say in defense. My call is chargeable and when after all this hustle my card finally gets unblocked, the price of the product gets changed. Woww!!!
