@tirasupport I would like to know on what basis you hire a packaging person ? Same mistake twice ? On top of it don't have replacement available.. you guys should make person who did mistake pay for mistake not customer. Or you guys don't care about customer at all ?

3 days 3 more orders of BBnow had to be cancelled due to delay from operations team ..... No communication no Apology from team ...
@bigbasket_com Delivery orders were delayed and cancelled now even pickup order is delayed by days ..... Just Have it picked up urgent and transfer my refund to original source of payment.... I don't want in BB wallet..I am going to try to make this my last transaction with BB
@bigbasket_com After being assured by customer satisfaction team I placed order again... BB now order gets delivered almost 2 hrs later when while booking it was showing 25 mins .
Delivery person got it just 15 mins bk ... you guys need to tighten the operation team
