@TataCLiQ I have, they said they don't have chargeback forms for transactions that are settled. Please check your mail and the only decent thing for you to do is to give me the refund and you fight with your payment gateway!!
While we extol the virtues of digital banking, 2 txns done to @TataCLiQCare - 1 timed out and 2nd cancelled, both on my 20 year old ICICI account have become a nightmare for me to resolve and run pillar to post for @ICICIBank@ICICIBank_Care
@TataCLiQCare Another week gone with more bogus responses sent by @TataCLiQCare. The transaction that you guys showed me as timed out has been settled by ICICI bank and they have just sent me a mail about it. Please check and let me know what you have to say! @RBI@jagograhakjago
