During our last visit, the managers Ruthanne Deceder and unnamed lady refused to hand over my property, falsely claiming I never paid for them.

@LensCrafters The officers advised us to get the managers' business cards to file an official corporate complaint. While RuthAnne gave her information, the second female manager absolutely refused to provide her card or even her name. @lenscrafters

@LensCrafters When we politely stated that we just wanted the service we paid for before leaving, they called the police on us.
When the police arrived, they entirely understood our position but unfortunately had their hands tied regarding the store property. @LensCrafters

@LensCrafters We remained completely calm, did not raise our voices, and used no bad language. Despite this, the other manager jumped in, told us to take our business elsewhere, and ordered us to leave. @LensCrafters

@LensCrafters @LensCrafters They didn't even bother to check the notes left by their own store assistants from our previous visits. I paid $1,500 out of pocket (on top of what my insurance covered), yet she insisted I paid nothing.
