@JioCare my jio fiber is now working since sunday. I opened SR SR000037S1VX on 7th June and the technician visit on 11th - means work 4 days without internet! Called 18008969999, but as SR is opend, its useless. NO support number to reach. Chatbot sucks! Email- unanswered!

what will I do to view the SR? it says visit schedule on 11th.
REAL PROBLEM IS... 4 DAYS OF ETA ! Thats Annoying! and your reply is 'SO IRRESPONSIBLE'.

@JioCare Schedule is THE problem. Service is down since 7th June and visit is schdeuled on 11th means 5 DAYS OF SERVICE DOWN. Your issue resolution time is TOO MUCH.
btw, New installation is done in 1 day!
