The results of the National Pay Ballot are now in - members voted to accept the 2.75% pay deal. The increase should be backdated to April.

Work will now begin to secure a fair offer for next year’s award. Please join us and help us to secure fair pay for you & your colleagues.

UNISON’s NJC Committee met today and agreed to accept the 2020 NJC pay offer - noting that it felt far short of our claim.

Members voted by 2 to 1 to accept the offer on a higher than usual turnout.

We hope to get the pay increase to local government staff as soon as possible.
