Her favorite thing about SWE is the balance between social events and academic/career events. It makes it easy to make friends and learn new skills. Calla Swanson is currently doing an internship at Bell International Laboratories. She is also a part of the Artineers at UIowa.

Calla Swanson is a second year student from Bloomington, Minnestoa, majoring in Chemical Engineering. She has been involved in the Society of Women Engineers for one year and has served as High School Conference Chair Assistant.

Her favorite thing about SWE is getting to meet other like-minded women. Nola is currently working a co-op at Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids. She is also a part of ASME and is the vice regent for Theta Tau at the University of Iowa.

Nola is a junior year student from Iowa City, Iowa, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Math. She has been involved in the Society of Women Engineers for three years and this will be second year as the Social Chair.

Morgan has also done research at the smart multifunctional material system lab.

Morgan Dexter is a third year student from Dunlap, Illinois, majoring in Biomedical Engineering and minoring in Math. She has been involved in the Society of Women Engineers for two years. Her favorite thing about SWE is being able to meet so many people in the engineering field.
