My mama called me while I was running which really humbled me about my “conversational pace.” I’m back #sweatingagain

Rather than the idea that exercise should just be a part of your life. And if you don’t do it for a while because of other circumstances in your life then you have “failed.” Like it’s a thing that should only be available to you if you do it “right”

Pretty cool that when I felt angsty I used to hurt myself but now I just listen to Ok Computer and ride my bike on the LA river

Hungover last nights makeup still on hit a hot yin class that finished right as the sun was setting and it’s sprinkling outside. I’m gonna make ginger carrot soup tonight. A truly glorious #sweatingagain

Lil Sunday run w/ some walking breaks. Ngl I almost #quit this one guys .. my longest distance in years. Was feeling super down bc walking slashed my pace. But apps are dumb and only tools. Shout to #myman forreal 🌈⭐️I believe in Me and in You too. XO

Would not call this my best run ever.. pushed myself a bit by going out even though I have a nasty #cold and learned my lesson. Lots of walking today. Looking forward to #recovering and getting back on the wagon when I am not ill. #TakeCare 🌈⭐️
