Meet Rylea!

Rylea comes to us from Lafayette, IN. She is a 2x 1st Team All Wabash River Conference player and helped guide her HS team to a 24-4 record this year as well as a regional championship! We are super excited to add Rylea to our squad for the upcoming season! 🔴⚫️

Cliff Hawkins has coached 1,000 high school basketball games, won 600 of them. The veteran Tipton coach is in a different kind of battle now, but going about it with a coach's mentality. https://t.co/u7Vsku941Y

[Grayson Weddell @grayson_weddell]

Tonight’s @tiptonathletics vs @FranktonAthleti game, along with all other Tipton basketball games, will be broadcasted on the IHSAA Champions Network!

[Coach Dan Casey @CoachDanCasey]

"When I'm scouting a player, I'm watching his parents in the stands.

Are they yelling at the coach?

They can yell at the ref, you know I'm all in on that 😂

I'm brutally honest. We can't have players or parents who infect our team with the Disease of Me."

@michelle_garmon Just to add to my earlier post, I do strongly disagree with Michelle on this post, but I can do so without attacking her. Anyone from this area (Tipton, Hamilton heights, Frankton Kokomo) knows that Michelle never stops working and is very knowledgeable about Indiana sports.

[Scott Weddell @sweddell23]

@michelle_garmon So you are going to punish a kid because the coach chooses not to do max preps? Not the players fault.

[Scott Weddell @sweddell23]

@ChadWetz @RyleaWetz @IBCA_Coaches @A3ssb Nice job Rylea!

[Scott Weddell @sweddell23]

This IU team is absolutely unwatchable! I’ve never been closer to saying Boiler U_! Love the way Painter recruits and coaches. It’s not all about NIL at Purdue

[Tipton Blue Devil Basketball @TBlueDevilHoops]

Tipton 84 Northwestern 54 Final

Carpenter 32 points 8 assists 7 rebounds
Swan 29 points 7 assists 4 steals
Money 13 points 4 steals
Tracy 7 points 7 rebounds
Auler 3 points
Spidel 7 rebounds

Team is 14-0 on the season and will travel to Kokomo next Saturday night.

[Scott Weddell @sweddell23]

This Tipton team is crazy good! Seems like a different kid stepping up every game. How @NolanSwan2 isn’t signed yet blows my mind. Great offensive player (might be the best shooter with unlimited range in this state) and good defender as well.

It would great if you would take a moment & say a prayer for @alec_weddell who is having surgery today to remove a cancerous tumor in his cheek. Please keep him, his parents, brothers & medical team in your thoughts & prayers all day. He turns 24 tomorrow. #AllinforAlec 🙏💙

[Tipton Blue Devil Basketball @TBlueDevilHoops]

4 short years ago, we had:
Peace in Europe
Peace in the Middle East
1% inflation
$1.75 a gallon gasoline
2.5% mortgage rate
A growing economy
Full employment
What the hell happened?

Standouts from Game 1 of #PHFreshmanShowcaseIN:

Nash Sigmund (Decatur Central): great shooter with a quick trigger, really good motor, impressive IQ.

Peyton Auler (Tipton): drives well from wing, plays tough defense and shown he can shoot from 3. @PeytonAuler
