Jewish Pride London is a safe space for Jews at Pride. I can’t believe we need to have a safe space at Pride, but we do.
But my pride is not affected by the opinions of others.
I am gay, I am Jewish, and I'm here to stay. Am Yisrael chai 😘✡️🏳️🌈
Israeli Yemenite-Jewish transgender singer Dana International posted pictures from her photoshoot in Egypt back in 1997.
The Egyptian government wasn’t aware of her being there and she had to escape the next day. Iconic.
This week, after a petition on so-called ‘Pro-Israel influence on politics and democracy’ surpassed 100,000 signatures, Parliament held a debate.
We are grateful to those MPs from across parties who expressed their disgust at the debate.
It is one thing to discuss foreign influence in our politics: it is quite another when those discussions repeatedly centre on Israel, the Jewish state.
Here is @AlexDaviesJones MP making that point.
Following the devastating earthquakes in Venezuela, Israeli emergency response organizations are preparing to assist local authorities with search-and-rescue efforts.
Predictably, some people will deride this as "rubble washing" or some other such nonsense.
But here's a fact: when disaster strikes - an earthquake, a tsunami, wild fires - Israel is consistently among the first countries to send doctors, rescue teams, field hospitals, and humanitarian aid.
Israel doesn't ask whether the victims share its politics. It asks who needs help. That's what decent countries do.
The constant, uncomfortable shifting, the tight-lipped, disgusted look on her face, could the U.N. Rapporteur on Violence against Women look like she wants the survivor sitting in front of her to shut up any more?
Is this how someone whose entire job is to advocate for women against violence should be acting when faced with a woman who suffered verifiable violence?
Should a plea from a victim for an apology be met with hateful silence?
The UN should be ashamed, but I have a sinking feeling they're proud instead.
Israel Myers, a Jewish tailor’s son from Lynchburg, VA, founded London Fog in 1923 in Baltimore. Creating lightweight, water repellent trench coats. It became a fashion icon.
Four of the ten land Flotilla members detained by Libyan militias have been released after a MONTH. Where’s the global media scrutiny, the accusations, the stretchers, the constant attention?
BREAKING: Israel confirms that in the past 24 hours alone, Hezbollah has fired 147 rockets, 20 UAVs and 9 anti-tank missiles.
It really makes you wonder who is funding all of these influencers who refuse to mention this.
@BBCBreaking If Iran did not want Hezbollah to fire on Israel - Hezbollah would not be firing on Israel.
Are BBC journalists so stupid?
If Hezbollah is firing on Israel- IRAN HAS TOLD THEM TO.
This is a game Iran is playing. Wake up!

“I was not an anti-Semite. I was just politically opposed to the Jews, because they were stealing the breath of life from us.”
— Adolf Eichmann
Eichmann, one of the principal architects of the Holocaust who helped orchestrate the murder of millions of Jews, would fit like a glove on some of today’s podcasts.
Zack Polanski, the head of the UK Greens, says an event at a Golders Green synagogue had “illegal activity.”
He’s referring to international law. The only problem is, international law applies to countries, not realtors selling homes to individuals.
You are entitled to an opinion on Israel’s settlements in the West Bank. Some would argue that a city of 40,000 Israelis will be part of Israel in an eventual peace deal. Yasser Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas both agreed it will. Others would argue against. That’s a debate we can have.
But that’s not what Zack did here, implying that international law can and even must be applied to individual British Jews who did nothing but attend an event at a synagogue.
If you don’t want British Jews to hold events where they plan how to leave the UK for Israel, maybe you should stop inciting violence and hate against them.
Just left the @mcrjewishmuseum.
I was the only visitor. A lovely volunteer gave me a private tour, and halfway through I turned to her and said: “This is all happening again. The same tactics. The same words. The exact same hatred.”
And it is.
We forget how recent it all was. Yet today Jews still integrate, build businesses, enrich this country - M&S, the raincoat, Slazenger… the list goes on. They have every right to be here.
I’m not Jewish. None of my family are. But I will NOT stay silent while Jew hatred explodes in the UK. To the Islamists (not Muslims but extremists) and the middle-class white lefties cheering Hamas: you can simply do one.
I’ve spoken to @antisemitism, Jewish students, and so many others in and around London. This vile poison must not win. Antisemitism is NOT British 🇬🇧. It goes against everything we stand for.
‼️Non-Jews: stop whispering support to your Jewish friends or local businesses. Be loud. Post it. Say it in your groups. Stop treating Jew hatred as some taboo because of the Middle East.
Antisemitism existed for centuries before any of this. Antizionism isn’t “just criticism” - when they chant “put the Zios in the ground” and polls show 70-85% of British Jews identify as Zionist, who do you think that means?
“End the Zionist occupation of the British government” - swap “Zionist” for “Jewish”. Sounds familiar, doesn’t it?
If it was Black people facing this - places of worship attacked, ambulances set on fire, students hounded - we’d never hear the end of it. But Jews? Too many stay quiet.
Look at Iran. Persecution never stops at the Jews. Next it’s Christians, churches, gay people, women. History is screaming at us.
The “antizionist Jewish” voices in London?
When the next mob comes, they won’t ask if you’re Zionist. You’re Jewish. That’s enough. Hitler didn’t check political views either.
I’m a Zionist. I believe the Jewish people have the right to a homeland. Being Zionist doesn’t mean I defend every action of the Israeli government - it’s complicated. But the deliberate “genocide” language is weaponised for a reason.
And so, I’ll keep speaking up. Loudly. Working with groups fighting this. If it was this level of hate against Black people, Hindus, anyone - I’d do the same. I’ve always stood up to bullies.
Non-Jews especially - Do Not let this become normal.

How is this property event now headline news?
There are events selling homes in Northern Cyprus that take place all the time in London.
NOBODY gives a damn.
Jews hold an event on property in Israel and everyone goes mad.
Jewish life is being suffocated in the UK.
The Haim sisters are being harassed and abused online for being Jewish. Nothing more, nothing less.
They said nothing after October 7. They have never publicly addressed or recognized the state of Israel. And still, the antizionist left are relentless in their abuse.
It’s never about Israel. It’s about Jews. And no one is exempt.
University College London 🇬🇧 is reportedly removing the position of antisemitism officer.
Instead, any complaints by Jewish students will be overseen by the university’s director of “equality, inclusion & care," who is a trustee of a charity with alleged links to Hamas, along with the provost.
It sounds like a cruel joke. This will almost certainly deter any Jewish student from reporting antisemitism on campus. Perhaps that's the point...

Grotesquely ironic about the mess at UCL is that the university was founded by Lord Isaac Goldsmid as a secular place that Jewish people and those of all faiths and none could attend. The first one that Jews could actually go to. Shameful.
