Response from @ProFormFitness is that they only deal with US customers. It’s your name on my machine and the UK distributor is pulling your name through the mud at the moment! Got a shocking email from customer service yesterday!
So annoyed and frustrated with @ProFormFitness. Very expensive treadmill broke down in March, under warranty and still no fix/replacement. Spoke to the ‘customer service’ team today who had no answers, no help and couldn’t put me through to a manager. No idea what to do with that
Shocking service from @curryspcworld wife bought me a leather iPad case for our anniversary. Listing wasn’t clear and got one for the wrong model. Coz she bought it in advance of our anniversary being told it’s too long after purchase so won’t replace it?!! Really??!
Absolutely cannot believe the way @VodafoneUK treat their customers. Given an upgrade deal and received the phone to be told that I won’t get as much discount, as they were mistaken?!! Really??!
@VodafoneUK I was offered a deal on an iPhone XS, to convince me to stay. Today I’ve been told that because the deal I was offered involves a discount and a special offer trade in, it doesn’t matter what I was told, @VodafoneUK policy is that this can’t happen.
@OasisFashion Turns out that @OasisFashion value profit over customer satisfaction. Being told that if I’d have emailed yesterday(Sunday), I would have got my money back. #greed
@OasisFashion As expected @OasisFashion offered no help when I DM’d. Punishing customers who bought their Christmas presents early. Won’t be buying there again!!
Poor treatment from @OasisFashion want to return my wife’s Christmas present as it’s the wrong size and only offering a gift card and the current price which is £26 less!! Daylight robbery!! Clearly not interested in customer care!!
@SnapfishUK I’ve now been given credit for 40 cards, not the 80 that I ordered and I’ll be expected to pay the postage. Shocking. Not even liaised with me on the fact this was happening?!!
