@posttenebrasluz i didn’t study church history but it was rampant throughout quite a bit of my education. is it not exhausting to try and pick fights with everything all the time??
@posttenebrasluz personally i believe 1 Cor. 6 is talking about sexual sin (physical sexual sin). when i say im not a feminist, i mean that i believe in the binary genders God created and the roles they’re meant to play and the equal importance of both.
@posttenebrasluz Christianity has been around since 33 AD (ish, depending on if you believe Jesus was born in 3 or 0 BC). i believe the Bible actually does feature women serving in the church.
@posttenebrasluz i just believe there are aspects that actually do align with the Bible, but the vast majority does not. that’s okay for me to believe.
@posttenebrasluz contrary to what you think, i am doing my own research and in this instance, im referring to this (kindly don’t tear me to shreds if you think this source is inferior)
@posttenebrasluz that’s not me mentioning your tone at all. that’s not tone policing. by definition.
regardless, what would you like me to counter-argue? i’ve given you my thoughts.
