also literally went from 104~105ish to 100 without lax who clapped but also i relapsed on friday and had a bad weekend but bad weekend don’t mean bad life i must stay consistent!
genuinely didn’t eat a lot today, fruit, yogurt, pho & then overate on this cinnamon donut but like it shouldn’t be THAT bad but my brain is saying take laxative 😔 i’ve done it every other day for a week i must push forward
quitting lax abuse starting tmrw ,, any suggestions?
for reference i’ve built my tolerance up to 75mg of ducolax, but wained down to only 25-30mg. also my digestive system still is functioning normally & i take lax 1-2 times a week
fav wl method to flush water weight for me is to eat low cal and excersise a bunch then take lax like alwayssss hit a lw after bc my body tries to cling onto water and im like oh no you dont!!!
