Hello, everyone! I completely understand the frustration over the Sm4rt sponsorship and everything that comes with it. But before we express our opinions, let’s take a step back, be open-minded, and educate ourselves.

1. Sm4rt is the principal—and currently the only—sponsor for H0TS. This means they’ve mostly likely invested millions into this concert. And in any business, investing such a huge amount means they need to get their return on investment (ROI). If you’re familiar with business, marketing, or sponsorships, this is basic knowledge.

2. What they’re doing now is simply their marketing and sales strategy—just like any other company that invests or sponsors an event. Dyan nila mababawi ang investment nila.

3. BTS, especially Hobi, is not just any celebrity—he is a worldwide artist. Bringing a BTS member here isn’t something that can be covered by ticket sales alone. That’s why sponsorships exist. And take note, it’s not just the artist’s talent fee that needs to be covered. There are additional expenses—airfare, accommodations, staff, taxes, and other fees. Imagine if there were no sponsor/s—H0TS PH might not even be possible, or mahal ang prices ng ticket.

At the end of the day, business is business—walang charity or free promo pagdating sa big companies, in the likes of Sm4rt when it comes to this.

Let’s keep this in mind. You are absolutely free to voice out your frustrations and opinions, but let’s also approach the discussion with awareness and a broader understanding. Let’s just hope na those who are worthy ang makakuha ng tickets sa raffle nila. 🙏🏻💜
