@holisticbaddie No shirt, no shoes, no undies is the real secret to ultimate gains. This is the way I’ve been doing it since 2020 and haven’t looked back. Tried to go back to the gym once and just couldn’t do it
@holisticbaddie Honestly, I think a lot of it is guys who are either hurt or don’t have any experience with women that blow it way out of proportion. And then other guys who know that there are guys out there feeling that way, and have found a way to monetize it and keep the cycle going
Lost a bit of size this past six weeks, moving food around and running tests to figure out what was causing all of the allergic reaction reactions and inflammation.
Not that I can finally breathe again it’s time to crank up the calories and intensity.
Been doing 1-2 cups of warm milk with honey, collagen, and glutamine before bed. I don’t know about hair health (I went bald in my 20s) but it does help me sleep like a baby.
Or just drink milk. A super unexpected benefit I got from 4-5L of milk per day is massive upregulation in collagen synthesis (confirmed by OAT test).
Meaning better skin, hair, nails and joints.

@SeroBass1@Thermobolic Nice. I will try to get more salt in. On my training days I may have a protein and starch meal an hour or two prior as well, since my workouts are pushed to the evening
Turns out I’m allergic to.. everything. Went in for an allergy panel to figure out my stuffed nose and scratchy throat, and ended up being pumped full of epinephrine and Cortizone.
I’ve always liked them a bit insane. Watching Batman Returns was one of my first memories and must have made an impact. Kimberly from Power Rangers is a close second
