The couple trying to get the cake made went in there purposely to start a fight. These two who work at Office Depot are just employees. They did not follow Office Depot's rules and guidelines

@primantibros Could you clarify why one candidate is permitted to participate while the other is not? It appears that your actions demonstrate a lack of concern for customer needs, as evidenced by the blanket ban on those individuals.

It almost sounds like you're trying to defend this person's action. Let me state this for you. What he did was wrong.

We then completed an online customer service form, prompting the area manager to contact us a month and a half later, apologize, and offer a gift card. Regrettably, the gift card arrived as an empty paper, showing a surprising disregard for customer care.
