Can’t get a person to answer the phone @OPM Retirement! I was told my call would be answered within 10 minutes, and I’ve been put on hold for 45 minutes and still no pick up! It’s ashamed there’s no Customer Specialist to assist elderly people with a question on the phone! SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️
