disrespect which was completely unacceptable since I paid for seats together. We had less than a one hour layover to get through customs and security again and had to run for our flight. What an American Airlines nightmare. #AmericanAirlines

A couple of days from hell dealing with American Airlines Flights canceled for maintenance after several hours waiting for info at a cramped airport with no air-conditioning that you can't hear any announcements. The nightmare to get tickets rebooked and stand in line for hours.

An expensive unplanned layover with a place to stay, rides and several more meals. Then to be rebooked on a flight to Charlotte the next day where my husband and I were not seated together and I was given the run around on chat, at the desk and gate and was treated with complete

@AskLyft I'm wondering if anything can be done or how to report a driver that cancels a ride when you are standing right there and see him pass you?? Then you try to rebook a ride and it's double. So ridiculous.
