GM @arc builders and contributors.
I’m moving on from the Agentic Stack and getting into the core primitives of Arc, based on Episode 2 of Arc 101 by HJ Chen, Senior Manager, Developer Relations and Ecosystem Marketing at Circle.
So, what makes Arc an Economic OS for the internet?
To me, it comes down to three main things:
1. Stable value
USDC and EURC give applications a more reliable unit of account, without having to deal with the kind of volatility we see with many crypto assets.
2. Interoperability
CCTP and Gateway make it easier to connect liquidity across different chains.
That’s important because value shouldn’t be stuck on one network. It should be able to move where it’s needed.
3. Financial infrastructure
Arc focuses on predictable execution, stablecoin-denominated fees, and configurable privacy.
Basically, it’s about making on-chain finance more predictable and useful for real applications.
I’ll break these three down one after another in my next tweet.

Unpopular opinion:
Not every day needs to be productive.
Sometimes the biggest win is getting through the day without giving up on yourself.
Rest. Reset. Try again tomorrow.

In a resurfaced interview from Nov. 22, Dolly Parton told Jimmy Fallon about a secret song locked away at Dollywood… and we won’t hear it until 2045. 😳
