@MBonvoyAssist @Marriott @MarriottBonvoy It has been 14 days since we filed a police report with @DallasPD and escalated the matter to Residence Inn, @MarriottBonvoy @Marriott yet we have not received any response. It has been 7 days since I tweeted this message, and there still has been no contact or followup.

On September 28th while we’re out attending a @packers game in Dallas, our room at Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas @MarriottBonvoy was broken into and we were robbed. Despite our efforts to seek assistance, there has been no resolution to this matter.

Beware the W in Dallas, a @MarriottBonvoy property. I stayed in room 1227. The door jam from the front hallway side appears to have been forcefully opened. The room latch is broken. The bathroom sink drips. There is no wifi unless you are a "member" because maybe at the W it's still 2001. The king sized bed had two large body divots on each side and was lumpy and hard.  The ice maker is broken on the 12th floor. For my first time staying at your property it was so bad I can't imagine staying again.

@MBonvoyAssist The crime has been escalated to @Marriott @MarriottBonvoy senior leadership team. Despite the escalation, I have not received any status updates or follow-ups.
