My message of hope to all my African LGBTQI+ friends, some I know and some I don't. Yes, this song was written with AI but I can imagine the eye rolling if I tried to write it with a fellow musician. The lyrics and melody are mine. After 40 odd years of writing I know how to structure a song long before I put it to music. Words are poetry and they have a structure depending on what style of music you decide to work in. I will record my own version very soon.
AI, is a fantastic writing partner and there is a freedom that you experience when you work alone. No one in your ear saying, ooh, you can't say that. All the characters are real people, who are important activists working for the LGBTQI+ family across Africa. Yes, you can argue that anyone can now write a song and that is true but anyone can make art, learn an instrument or paint a wall but you have to feel the urge to do it. Life is a noun. Everything in life is a collaboration. Even breathing. Things like @grok allow your imagination to run riot. Watch this space.
